La Meva Salut is a digital personal health space that allows the citizens of Catalonia to easily access their health information and relate to the Catalan Health System in a non-face-to-face manner. It also allows access to the health area for children under the age of 18 and guardians.
Clinical reports, diagnoses and results of clinical analyzes and tests can be viewed and downloaded there. It also allows access to the current Medication Plan to go directly to the pharmacy, request a primary care visit and access various digital health services. From the eConsulta service, you can make health consultations with health professionals, complete procedures and send documents.
You can enter La Meva Salut by identifying yourself with one of these systems:
• Password and identification document (DNI/NIE/passport or personal identification code (CIP), which appears on the individual health card (TSI)
• IdCAT Mòbil You
can request the password in person at the primary care center (CAP), where you must prove yourself with your identification document (DNI, NIE or passport) and your individual health card (TSI).
