My Health is a digital personal health space that allows citizens of Catalonia to easily access their health information and interact with the Catalan Health System in a non-face-to-face manner. Clinical reports, diagnoses and the results of clinical analyses and tests can be consulted and downloaded. It also allows access to the current Medication Plan to go directly to the pharmacy, request a primary care visit and access various digital health services. From the eConsulta service, you can make health consultations with health professionals, carry out procedures and send documents.
My Health can be accessed with a digital certificate or with a username and password and, in both cases, with the personal identification code (CIP) that appears on the individual health card (TSI).
